Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (based on your preference) after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
